Order Review Before Payment

At BesPoke, we value customer satisfaction and transparency.
Before completing your purchase, you will have the opportunity to review your order to ensure that the size, style, and product quality meet your expectations. Once the order is reviewed and approved, it will be considered signed and confirmed.

Return Policy

Please note that returns are not accepted once an order has been signed, confirmed, and paid for.
We encourage all customers to carefully review their items before completing payment, as this step ensures you are fully satisfied with your order.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your order, we are happy to assist under the following conditions:

  1. The exchange request is made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all accessories and tags attached.

  3. Exchanges are available for a different size or model.

  4. All delivery fees for the exchange (both return and new shipment) will be charged to the customer.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size or model is unavailable, our team will help you choose an alternative option of equal value.
