Nationwide Delivery

We proudly deliver to all areas across Egypt.
All orders are processed and delivered within a maximum of 5 business days from the confirmation date. Our goal is to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and securely as possible.

Shipping Fees

Currently, shipping is free when the customer receives the order.
However, to maintain smooth operations and ensure fair service for all customers, we may require a delivery deposit before shipping in certain cases.

This may apply to customers with a history of:

  • Multiple unreceived orders

  • Canceled or refused deliveries

Delivery Deposit Policy

In some situations, a delivery fee deposit may be requested prior to shipping. Here’s how it works:

  1. The deposit amount will be communicated to you before order confirmation.

  2. Once the order is successfully delivered and received, the deposit will be fully deducted from the total order amount — meaning shipping will remain free.

  3. If the order is not received or refused upon delivery, the deposit becomes non-refundable as it covers the logistics and handling costs of the attempted shipment.
